A special Board of Directors meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM to note the passing of Treasurer David Weissman, and to select a new treasurer.
In attendance were the following board members: David Cohen, Howard Berger, Howard Rock, Mike Silverman, Mike Heiserman, Dennis Flier, Tom Wood, Tom Nowak, Cal Hunter, and President Goody Morrison.
David Cohen made a motion to select Steve Rosenthal as the new treasurer. The motion was seconded by Tom Nowak and was unanimously approved by the members.
Steve Rosenthal had agreed to serve if selected.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 PM.
