The President's Report was presented. It was noted that at our Sunday, December 11 Annual Meeting we will be holding our annual elections for Officers and Board Members. This year the following Officers and Board Members are up for re-election for another two year term: Vice President Goody Morrison; Treasurer Steve Rosenthal; Board Members Tom Conklin and Mike Tremper. Tom Conklin will not seek another term as board member and will be replaced with a new Veteran in December.

At this election Mike Heiserman will be confirmed as a Board Member. Mike is scheduled to get another new "shoulder" on October 25th. Wish him well!

Anyone else who would like to run for the Vice President, Treasurer, or Board Member please contact Election Committee Chairman Norm Beck ASAP.

All members were reminded to try to get some additional items to be used in our silent or live auction at the Veteran's Day Party. Members who have secured aution items were asked to turn in a list of these items to Goody Morrison ASAP. Less Ungerleider and his wife Linda have done a good job collecting many items for the raffle, but more are needed. Restaurants, golf courses and other businesses can provide these gifts.

If you would like to give whole blood or platelets please contact Tom or Steve to make an appointment if possible. Walk-ins will also be accepted.
